The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of the UP Police Constable Recruitment 2025. Candidates who have qualified for this stage can now download their admit cards from the official website.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

1. Visit the official UPPRPB website: uppbpb.gov.in
2. On the homepage, locate and click on the link titled “UP Police Constable PET Admit Card 2025.”
3. Enter your registration number and date of birth in the provided fields.
4. Submit the details to access and download your admit card.
5. Ensure to print a clear copy of the admit card to carry on the exam day.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details

• For Male Candidates (excluding those from the Ladakh region):
  • Task: Run 5 kilometers
  • Time Limit: 24 minutes
• For Female Candidates (excluding those from the Ladakh region):
  • Task: Run 1.6 kilometers
  • Time Limit: 8.5 minutes
• For Male Candidates from the Ladakh region:
  • Task: Run 1.6 kilometers
  • Time Limit: 7 minutes
• For Female Candidates from the Ladakh region:
  • Task: Run 800 meters
  • Time Limit: 5 minutes

The PET is qualifying in nature and does not carry any marks. Candidates who do not meet the specified physical standards, such as height and chest measurements, will not proceed to the subsequent stages of the selection process.
